A responsibility and concern for that with which we have been entrusted is an integral part of the lives of all Orthodox Christians. All that we have, our talents, material possessions, health, are given to us by God and we seek simply to give back to Him according to our means. Our attitude toward God, our love and grattitude to Him for what we have, is what's important in our offering to Him.

Please take a moment to reflect on your blessings and decide for yourself how much you are able to return to God in support of His Church. Some parishioners set the amount of their donations equal to the Biblical level of 10% of income. Each person's contribution is determined by his current material situation. Please do your best at fulfilling your annual offering commitment. The expenses of maintaining His home (salaries, utilities, office expenses) are ongoing, just as in any earthly organization, and regular contributions are necessary to meet them.
